High Resolution images ordered by clients are available for download from the individualised ftp sites we have created for you. The best way to retrieve the files is to use a dedicated ftp client such as Fetch (Mac only), CuteFTP (Mac/Windows), or one of the free ones such as Filezilla (Mac/Windows), but often you can successfully use your web browser.

To try using your browser, click the link above and enter your username and password. Check "Save Password" in the pop-up security window or browser security bar if it gives you the option. The site will open up in a new tab or window. Double click the relevent folders to find your images. Then drag the folders or files you need to your desktop or to an appropriate folder.

With some browsers you cannot download a folder or batch of images, only one file at a time. If there are too many images for this, use one of the dedicated clients above or see if you can access the site via your operating system. Alternatively contact us to send the images via email or on disk.

The network protocols of some organisations do not allow access into secure website and ftp areas. If this is the case, please contact your network administrator for help.
